Experiential learning is a method that moves away from the theoretical
and parrot-fashion learning methods of traditionalist education. Some things simply cannot be learned from
books or lectures so experiential learning is a natural and constant life process on which all development
training can be designed. Group dynamics among team members can effectively be achieved by well designed team
building activities which helps in enhancing numerous competencies and aspects like communication, bonding,
improve the productivity, breaking silos, building trust by getting to know one another's strengths and
weaknesses. With a rich background of 250 programs and over 65 years of combined experience in leadership
training & team building training, we have designed and curated a variety of team building experiences.
Developing and customising team building outdoor activities and games for team outing as per the needs of the
client is our core competency.
